Joining our team means working on meaningful projects that drive tangible results and business value.What We Can Offer You<ul><li>The opportunity to help design and deploy advanced machine learning and NLP models that power Workhuman’s AI products.</li><li>Collaboration with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to build scalable and efficient solutions.</li><li>Hands-on experimentation with the latest NLP techniques and frameworks to continuously improve our AI capabilities.</li><li>Participation in efforts to address ethical, bias, and fairness considerations in AI, ensuring compliance and equity in all solutions.</li><li>A supportive environment for continuous learning, with access to the latest research, tools, and best practices in AI.</li></ul>The Skills You Will Bring<ul><li>Experience with generative AI and chatbot product development, ideally with frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex.</li><li>Knowledge of NLP techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and sequence tagging.</li><li>Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/ML toolkits like Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, and NLTK.</li><li>Experience with vector database technologies (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).</li><li>A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li></ul>Achievements<ul><li>Contributed to the development and deployment of NLP models that drive measurable business impact.</li><li>Supported the transition of AI solutions from development to production environments.</li><li>Participated in projects addressing ethical challenges in AI, ensuring fairness and compliance.</li><li>Assisted in designing experiments and benchmarks to evaluate and improve NLP model performance</li><li>Partnered with diverse teams to help deliver scalable, efficient AI solutions.</li><li>Helped maintain a library of reusable algorithms, ensuring transparency and reproducibility in research.</li></ul>Thank you for considering joining our team.
